Details: Business Development Manager is a significant and influential role within the organization and being the main interface to key B2B Apple partners, responsible for delivering the commitment made to the customers and strong business development in Armenia.
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree.
- Successful work experience in sales position 3+ years (KAM, BDM, Product Manager).
- Proven knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill.
- Proficiency in English (min. intermediate level).
- Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.
Functions
- B2B sales management in Armenia.
- Implementation of the sales plan and provision of income in the B2B direction according to the adopted budget of the company.
- Market analysis, customer segmentation, task setting, execution control.
- Development and promotion of new solutions for vertical markets based on Apple and non-Apple products.
- Transaction management at all stages, CRM, BEU and sales funnel management (Sales Pipeline and Sales Lead/Project management).
- Participation in negotiations with key clients of the region.
- Planning activities aimed at increasing sales.
- Calculation, preparation, issuance of proposals to partners.
- Management and control of customer service standards.
- Monitoring the KPIs of regional leaders of B2B teams.
- Control of financial indicators, analysis of deviations, carrying out timely corrective actions.
- Evaluation of the attractiveness of new projects, analysis of trends and market trends.
- Preparation of necessary reports and presentations for the Company's Management.
