Details: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing functional specifications, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of project.
Requirements
- Experience in a business or systems analyst position for at least 3 years;
- Experience in writing functional requirements;
- Experience in describing business processes using notations (BPMN, UML) and integrating services;
- Experience in UI prototyping (Axure, Balsamiq, Figma);
- Proven ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
- Understanding of client-server architecture;
- Experience in describing REST APIs, experience in describing integration interactions;
- Ability to work with Postman, Swagger, and JSON editors;
- Ability to comprehend new application areas quickly;
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a cross-functional distributed team.
Functions
- Collaborating with business customers for gathering and analyzing their requirements.
- Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements at all levels from customers with different levels of interest and involvement.
- Modeling and describing business processes, developing prototypes for user interfaces.
- Managing requirements throughout the development cycle and participating in the implementation of software products.
- Conducting Discovery phase activities, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement prioritization.
- Developing technical documentation, including terms of reference, specifications, and functional and non-functional requirements.
- Creating tasks for developers.
- Developing user documentation, conducting user training, and consulting users.
- Working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Web Analysts during the Product's discovery, design, and deployment stages.
- Promoting ongoing process enhancements within the team.
- Planning and executing interviews and workshops in collaboration with Business teams and Developers.
- Cooperating with the Content team on user interface design and wireframing.
- Identifying and recording existing system functionalities and business operations.
