Details: On this position Product Line Sales manager (PLSM) will be responsible for business development and sales of Digital Signage, Professional Screens and Conference solutions
Requirements
  • Experience – Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in professional AV solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge – Understanding of display technologies and conference solutions.
  • Communication Skills – Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Leadership – Experience in managing teams and driving performance.
Functions
Procurement, business development , sales, stock management , pricing policy and offering

  • Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis – Conduct research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Product Management – Oversee the product lifecycle, from development to market launch.
  • Customer Engagement – Build relationships with key clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, engineering, and sales teams to align strategies.
  • Revenue & Profitability – Monitor sales performance and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Training & Support – Educate sales teams and customers on product features and benefits.
