Requirements
  • 3+ year experience in selling IT solutions in Baltic market, experience in Audio Visual solutions is a plus.
  • Higher education (Bachelor's degree and above)
  • Experience in building communications, relations with system integrators
  • Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical, planning and execution skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills in both Latvian and English
  • Category B driving license
Functions
  • Potential sales and competitor market research analysis
  • Management of assortment and pricing
  • Sales forecasting;
  • Planning of KPIs for products both short term and long term (Inventory / Turnover)
  • Maintenance of analytical data about product categories
  • Planning and execution of marketing activities for the promotion of sales
  • Development of customer base and direct participation in meetings
  • Working together with the sales, marketing, logistics and central office departments and teams
  • Creation of reports about the product category
