At ASBIS, we're passionate about making a positive impact in the communities we serve across 34 countries in the EMEA region! Our commitment to environmental sustainability and social well-being shines through in the various projects we support each year. Here are some of the highlights of our efforts:
Tree planting adventures: Our team and their families came together in the beautiful Curium area of Cyprus to plant 300 trees. We also had a wonderful time planting 300 oak seedlings in Maksimir Park, Zagreb's oldest park, where we’re helping nurture the environment while creating amazing memories.
Smart green office: Our Dubai office is leading the way with a solar-powered heating system. This means we're not only cutting down on energy use but also taking big steps toward reducing our carbon footprint.
Community clean-up days: We cleaned up 200 meters of historic ditches in Štiavnica, Slovakia that are important for conserving water. We also dedicated time to spruce up a 25-acre animal enclosure at ZOO PARK in Revishtsky Podzamče.
Recycling with a twist: We're excited about our new eco-fuel startup, Blend Energy, which is turning mixed polymer waste into valuable energy resources. It's our way of supporting the transition to a circular economy and helping the planet.
We proudly sponsored the "Unknown Mission League" bringing together over 500 enthusiastic students for a nationwide robotics competition.
In Cyprus, we welcomed 25 talented students from the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School of Engineering, where they got hands-on experience in supply chain management.
Our Apple Education event in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, was a fantastic opportunity for academics to learn more about Apple Education Solutions.
We also hosted a fun three-day educator camp in Limassol, featuring the DOBOT CR5 robotic arm. This initiative aims to inspire 16 wonderful technical educators to incorporate robotics into their classrooms.
The ASBIS Slovakia team brought smiles to 66 children in orphanages this Christmas by fulfilling their wishes and delivering gifts.
With a €15,000 donation, we’re lending a helping hand to families in need and those facing tough times.

In Cyprus we donated clothes to families in need.
Our "ASBIS Little People's Library" initiative in Romania is all about sharing the joy of reading by donating children’s books to local libraries.
Our teams have also been busy volunteering at food kitchens and running in charity events like the Peace Marathon in Slovakia and a fun relay run in Bulgaria.
