Details: The head of the sales department will play a significant role in the organization, acting as the main contact for key customers and partners in Georgia. The person on this position will also oversee the local sales and marketing team.
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree
- Successful work experience in sales position with management fucntions 5+ years
- Practical experience in Consumer field will be a huge advantage
- Proven knowledge of the local market
- Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill
- Proficiency in English (min. intermediate level)
- Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.
Functions
- Guarantee distribution of all current products from ASBIS Apple brands in Georgia
- Actively looking for an opportunity to improve distribution portfolio and providing relevant initiatives to senior management
- Define sales, pricing, and promotion strategy for the assigned product groups/brands
- Organize and control the process of local adaptation of general distribution, range and pricing approach
- Development and implementation promotional strategy, POSM placement, demonstrators’ teams in retail, joint promotions with customers, etc.
- Finding new clients, creating a solid pipeline, and building powerful relationships with them
- Collaborate with diverse teams (marketing, HR, customer service, finances, logistics, etc.)
- Strong follow up of metrics to monitor the performance of commercial activities, reporting results to senior management
- Management of the local team in Tbilisi
- Management of day-to-day operations
- Any other tasks related to this management role.
