Details: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy for products in Moldova. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- English at Intermediate level and upper.
- Communication skills and ability to avoid conflict situations.
- Stress resistance.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Minimal knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, understanding of the main KPIs, and promotion channels. Experience in launching digital campaigns (with adv. agencies).
- Being responsible in completing tasks and ability to work overtime (during new product launches).
- Motivation and responcibility.
- Flexibility and creativity, ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in retail marketing is welcome.
Functions
- Quarterly planning marketing promotion products in Moldova (IT distributor).
- Choosing an effective media mix (digital and offline), budget allocation to maximise KPIs for every marketing channel.
- Communicating with and assigning tasks to local marketing and advertising agencies in the country. Checking the quality of the tasks completing. Requesting reports on a weekly basis.
- Determining marketing budgets for products authorized partners in the country (retail chains) according to each partner's purchase volumes. Monitoring budget development during the quarter.
- Initiation and control of partner’s marketing communications. Checking reports and results of the coop campaigns.
- Marketing budget compensation after reports provided.
- Communication with ASBIS finance department regarding payments to advertising agencies and marketing compensation to partners.
- Guideline compliance control by adv. agencies and authorized partners (banners on websites, social media, online and outdoor advertising - all types of media).
- Key Visuals preparing (master files) for current activities: price promo, new product launches, BTS, Black Friday, Love season, Christmas, etc.
- Timely communication and mailing to partners about planned activities and providing layouts and visuals according to brand book.
- Weekly report for vendor in Keynote.
- Communicating with sales team and Business development managers to get up-to-date information on stock, pricing, promos and planned promotions.
- Monitoring competitors' marcomms in local market.
