Details: As a key member of our growing Solution & VAD team, you will be at the forefront of our IT projects and tenders within the home and industry power infrastructure sector. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our product lines while ensuring high-quality delivery in every project.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development within the power infrastructure, green energy, or related industries, with a strong understanding of IT projects business.
  • Technical Knowledge: A background in power infrastructure portfolio, including experience working with technical teams on creating IT solutions for our clients.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with managing or supporting complex projects and tenders from inception to delivery.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. You’ll be the bridge between technical and commercial aspects of the project.
  • Drive and Motivation: We’re looking for someone who is results-oriented, with the determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Functions
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the sales efforts for our green power and infrastructure product lines by developing and executing strategies that drive revenue & gross profit growth. 
  • Project Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional project teams to support the planning, development, and execution of IT projects and tenders. Your role will be to ensure alignment between customer needs, technical solutions, and project delivery timelines.
  • Customer Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges in the power infrastructure sector, crafting tailored solutions that leverage our portfolio and meet their business objectives.
  • Tender Management: Take charge of the preparation and submission of competitive tenders, ensuring that proposals are strategically aligned with market opportunities and accurately reflect the technical and business value of our solutions.
  • Sales Training: Provide training and support to the sales team and partners on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
