Details: We are looking for the Category Managers for our private brand Canyon to manage and develop the power accessories category inside the brand.
Requirements
  • Practical product development/ category management experience with private brand/OEM
  • Proficiency in English
  • Goal oriented, results driven with strong desire to see tasks through completion
  • Ability to identify opportunities & to transform them from concept to reality
  • Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives
  • Committed to the job and its success
  • Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations)
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and knowledge

Functions
  • Market analysis (Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the category)
  • Determine the product assortment for the category, considering factors such as customer preferences, price points, and market demands
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Sales forecast collection, purchase and sales planning
  • Inventory management and control
  • Close collaboration with central and local marketing teams towards efficient brand positioning in markets
  • Budgeting (finance, sales, expenses)
  • New product launch plan preparation
  • Price policy communication and monitoring of RRP
