Requirements
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with Data Analysis in Jupyter notebook, including data cleaning, manipulation, and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
Functions
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytics solutions to address them.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify trends and insights to drive business decisions.
- Provide support for data quality and governance initiatives.
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to business partners.
- Continuously improve analytics processes and methodologies to improve data accuracy and quality.
