Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably within the same industry or related field.
  • Strong sales orientation with a deep understanding of business development strategies, partner sales models, and revenue generation.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with partners, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure favorable partnership agreements and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of the market landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics within the target market segment.
  • Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and partnership performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, proposals, and business cases.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities.
Functions
  • Build sales channels in System Integrators, Installers, Internet Providers, Telcos, Developers (construction companies). Sales of Access Control, CCTV (VMS, Video Analytics), Intercoms, Smart Office & Home Solutions, Network equipment
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, projects, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Create a sales pipeline, аctive search for new clients, negotiations and presentations, training, needs identification, tenders participation, forming commercial proposals, and concluding contracts. Completing focus tasks
  • Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise and train members of your team and customers
  • Close interaction with related functions and commands. Administration, reporting
  • Participate in brand development and equipment promotion events
