Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in the field of purchasing computer equipment. Current knowledge in the field of computer technology (knowledge of the product, market).
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, logistics, and product distribution.
Functions
- Purchase of computer equipment.
- Receiving and processing orders from the sales department.
- Placing orders with existing suppliers and monitoring the movement of goods.
- Working with existing suppliers for possible discounts, special price offers, deferred payments;
- Searching for new suppliers and negotiating;
- Constant monitoring of market conditions.
- Determination of the most favorable price offers.
- Maintaining and checking related documentation (contracts, invoices, etc.)
- Working with an affiliate program for key vendors (non-Apple).
- Control of transits and payments of suppliers.
- Logistics: distribution of deliveries depending on customer preferences, product availability, driver workload. Daily accounting of completed deliveries.
- Purchase of goods for internal use.
