Requirements
- Relevant previous working experience in accounting department
- Experience with ecommerce platforms will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literacy – Microsoft office (excel, word, power point, outlook) and accounting software
- Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent command of English language (both oral and written)
- Ability to work under pressure
Functions
- Handle day to day operations of the finance affairs for the retail shop of the Company
- Prepare and submit VAT and Intrastat Returns
- Bookkeeping of purchase invoices and expenses
- Performing debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Managing cash flows by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing/controlling internal reports
- Executing bank payments
- Managing inventory
- Reviewing and examining of all financial reports and check for discrepancies
- Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the Management
