Requirements
  • 3+ year experience in selling IT solutions to DC, CSP, Telco and large enterprises;
  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of IT systems architectures (HW and SW of Telco);
  • Experience in building communications, relations with decision-makers in mentioned above segments;
  • Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical, planning and execution skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills in both Latvian and English;
  • Category B driving license.
Functions
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts (Datacenters (DC), Cloud Service Providers (CSP), Telecom Companies (Telco) and large enterprises;
  • Provide target customers information about current services from the vendors and ASBIS;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and align our portfolio offerings with their needs;
  • Control payments between company and customers;
  • Communicate with local and HQ offices of ASBIS Group;
  • Control, manage and report about steps in sales activities according to company policy.
