Requirements
- 3+ year experience in selling IT solutions to DC, CSP, Telco and large enterprises;
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of IT systems architectures (HW and SW of Telco);
- Experience in building communications, relations with decision-makers in mentioned above segments;
- Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical, planning and execution skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills in both Latvian and English;
- Category B driving license.
Functions
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts (Datacenters (DC), Cloud Service Providers (CSP), Telecom Companies (Telco) and large enterprises;
- Provide target customers information about current services from the vendors and ASBIS;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets;
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and align our portfolio offerings with their needs;
- Control payments between company and customers;
- Communicate with local and HQ offices of ASBIS Group;
- Control, manage and report about steps in sales activities according to company policy.
