Details: As a PLSM you’ll be focused on expansion of the partnership base, establishing strong personal contacts with partners, resellers, and business end users. As a part of ASBIS “Project & Solutions” team, you will be in charge of product portfolio related to midrange and enterprise servers and storage solutions.
Requirements
  • You have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, project management, and solution selling.
  • You know the right people on the market (System integrators, Business end users, other Distributors).
  • Experience in cooperation with vendors like IBM, Lenovo, DELL, HP will be considered an advantage.
  • You bring in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You have ability and motivation to prepare and conduct trainings and technical presentations.
  • You can communicate well in English.
  • Finally, you are able to analyze data and market trends to drive decision making.

Functions
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit targets for servers and storage systems.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions accordingly
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, central, and technical teams to ensure product alignment with market demands and customer feedback.
  • Sales Training: Provide training and support to the sales team and partners on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  • Project Management: Drive execution of IT projects related to servers and storage systems, ensuring timely and correctly preparation of project documentation.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
