Details: We are seeking an experienced Pre Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical readiness and customer engagement for B2B customers in Azerbaijan. Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar position, demonstrating your expertise in enterprise engineering.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, enabling effective communication within our global team and undertaking training and certifications.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of the fundamental principles of engineering and presale processes, with a strong command of the Microsoft and/or UNIX ecosystem.
  • IT Security Mastery: Advanced knowledge of IT security principles, coupled with expertise in management and deployment practices.
  • Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and coherently to diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate effective collaborations and partnerships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing complex data, making informed decisions, and implementing process improvements.
Functions
  • Technical Readiness Leadership: Spearhead efforts to ensure our team is technically equipped and up-to-date with the latest Apple solutions and offerings.
  • Strategic Engagements: Conduct meetings with Business End Users (BEUs) and assist with BEU technical pitches, both pre and post-sale, to drive business growth.
  • Deployment and Management: Oversee the deployment and management of Apple solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Market Penetration: Drive the adoption of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Apple Business Manager (ABM) solutions in the market, capturing new opportunities for growth.
  • Local Testing Coordination: Organize local testing activities to validate the performance and effectiveness of Apple solutions.
  • RFP Support: Collaborate with BEUs to address their requests for proposals, ensuring the technical aspects are well-addressed.
  • Technical Consultations: Provide pre and post-sales technical consultations to both BEUs and channel partners, serving as a valuable resource.
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and feedback to help shape Apple's solutions and services.
