Details: In a role of Sales Team Leader your main focus will be to further develop our Project and Solutions business and enterprise hardware vendors on the Croatian market, cooperating together with the management team and subordinates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience (Integrator / Distributor / Vendor).
  • Experience with Enterprise solution sales (servers, storage, networking).
  • Relevant network of contacts in the IT world (system integrators, business end-users, hardware vendors).
  • Experience in managing small or medium-sized sales team.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • English – working proficiency.

Functions
  • Planning, budgeting and quarterly revision of annual business plan and targets, in cooperation with management and subordinates.
  • Leading, coordinating, and controlling sales and products supply organization to meet and achieve KPI targets (GP, Revenue, DSO, DPO, DOI, GP ROCA%, NWC).
  • Leading, coordinating, and controlling large sales projects..
  • Determines sales strategy together with line and functional managers.
  • Cascades and manages KPI targets and tasks for subordinates and follows their realization.
  • Managing relations with vendors and key partners to maximize business and profitability.
  • Actively involved in selection and recruiting process of new subordinates.
