Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant Solutions sales experience (Distributor / Vendor / System Integrator)
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Language skills: Excellent local and intermediate English languages required
- Professional skills and abilities
- Possesses knowledge of business analytics and Insights and key marketplace issues for the IT industry
- Solid knowledge of the commercial services business and the impact it can achieve when implemented within a client's business processes.
Functions
- Lead sales, marketing, products supply organizations to meet and overachieve KPI targets (GP, Datacenter projects, stock rotation)
- Determines sales strategy together with functional and line managers
- Set profit and capital turnover targets by product groups
- Cascade and manage KPI targets by subordinates
- Manages exceptional relations with vendors and key customers to maximize business and profitability
- Organizes effective teamwork management
- Orchestrates large sales projects
- Resolve issues effectively
- Maximizes results through usage of CRM, sales tools, b2b shop, other online resources, and reporting systems of the company
- Strong and effective daily management of sales operations
- Coordinates sales and marketing activities, promo action matrix by key channel partners
- Understands, revises, controls execution according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) required by the company, vendors to provide consistency in customer services (presales, supply and sales planning, post sales)
- Understands and mitigates Credit & FX risks
- Creates and supports positive and winning atmosphere, motivating workplace for the team to maximize productivity and to realize potential of every team member
- Responsible for the education, certification of sales, presales, product, marketing team members.
- Responsible for the efficient allocation of resources, optimisation of customers allocation by sales team members
