Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant Solutions sales experience (Distributor / Vendor / System Integrator)
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Language skills: Excellent local and intermediate English languages required

Solid knowledge of the commercial services business and the impact it can achieve when implemented within a client's business processes.
Lead sales, marketing, products supply organizations to meet and overachieve KPI targets (GP, Datacenter projects, stock rotation)
Determines sales strategy together with functional and line managers
Set profit and capital turnover targets by product groups
Cascade and manage KPI targets by subordinates
Manages exceptional relations with vendors and key customers to maximize business and profitability
Organizes effective teamwork management
Orchestrates large sales projects
Resolve issues effectively
Maximizes results through usage of CRM, sales tools, b2b shop, other online resources, and reporting systems of the company
Strong and effective daily management of sales operations

Understands and mitigates Credit & FX risks
