  • Education in a relevant field.
  • Higher education in Economics, Management or other relevant field.
  • Relevant work experience of 2 years.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Sales management
  • Fulfillment of the store sales plan (by income, by product groups);
  • Analysis of the market, competitors (discounts, promotions):
  • Planning the implementation of the sales plan on a monthly basis according to RST;
  • Increasing the depth and width of the receipt (offering related products/ services).

Personnel Management
  • Recruitment of personnel according to the specified requirements;
  • Personnel adaptation;
  • Identifying training needs for staff and submitting a request to organize a training event;
  • Assessment of personnel on work processes and providing feedback to the manager, HR;
  • Participation in the development of staff motivation (development of a KPI system, a system of intangible incentives);
  • Personnel development (personnel reserve for the position of Store Shift Manager, Store Manager);
  • Setting and control of daily tasks in the store;
  • Conducting daily meetings with staff for the purpose of training, developing effective sales methods;
  • Maintaining the corporate spirit in the team, increasing staff loyalty.

Assortment management
  • Control of compliance with planograms and merchandising;
  • Management of the order of goods and balances in the warehouse, movement of goods, turnover;
  • Conducting inventory.

Customer Service Standards Management
  • Compliance and control over the implementation of store work standards;
  • Compliance and control over the implementation of standards (checklists, mystery shopping, analysis of results).

Process management
  • Opening, closing the store;
  • Implementation of work with a cash register and compliance with cash discipline;
  • Compliance and control of merchandising rules, planograms;
  • Ensuring the operating activities of the store in accordance with the law (compliance with safety and fire safety);
  • Provision and control of a high level of service in accordance with APR requirements;
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports.
