Details: To strengthen the existing VAD team, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Key Account Manager - VAD for the Czech Republic region.
Requirements
  • Secondary school/university education
  • experience in a similar position in IT, VAD, Business Solutions for at least 3 years (System Integrator/Distributor/Vendor)
  • orientation in the field of servers, networking, storage
  • good communication skills and presentation, business skills
  • English – intermediate
  • ability to work as a team
  • driver's license sk. B
  • advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Functions
  • establishing and building long-term relationships with existing customers, acquiring new customers, customer care
  • regular and active communication with customers (in person, by phone, e-mail)
  • responsibility for the growth of turnover while achieving the planned profitability for entrusted customers
  • management of business opportunities and projects in the CRM system
  • acquiring knowledge about the offered products and solutions
  • monitoring the competition
  • cooperation with the sales, purchasing and marketing team
