Details: To strengthen the existing VAD team, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Key Account Manager - VAD for the Czech Republic region.
Requirements
- Secondary school/university education
- experience in a similar position in IT, VAD, Business Solutions for at least 3 years (System Integrator/Distributor/Vendor)
- orientation in the field of servers, networking, storage
- good communication skills and presentation, business skills
- English – intermediate
- ability to work as a team
- driver's license sk. B
- advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Functions
- establishing and building long-term relationships with existing customers, acquiring new customers, customer care
- regular and active communication with customers (in person, by phone, e-mail)
- responsibility for the growth of turnover while achieving the planned profitability for entrusted customers
- management of business opportunities and projects in the CRM system
- acquiring knowledge about the offered products and solutions
- monitoring the competition
- cooperation with the sales, purchasing and marketing team
