Requirements
  • Relevant higher education.
  • B2B sales experience of more than 3 years.
  • Result-oriented, quick learner and passionate for the field.
  • Working knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English.
Functions
  • Active search and analysis of customer information, market analysis, determination of the needs of the target audience of products, expansion of the customer base;
  • Negotiating with clients in person and by phone;
  • Preparing and conducting presentations;
  • Document management;
  • Accounts receivable control;
  • Maintaining CRM;
  • Technical pre-sales consultations of the client;
  • Preparation of technical specifications;
  • Post-sales service;
  • Maintaining contacts and developing client potential;
  • Development of a corporate business development strategy;
  • Achieving goals for key business indicators: turnover, marginal profit, turnover, accounts receivable;
  • Development of sales, ensuring the achievement of indicators of growth and profitability of sales: active search for new customers and development of relationships with existing partners;
  • Carrying out data collection and analysis of external and internal factors affecting the business of clients;
  • Development of a partnership development plan with the client, determination of a set of services and products to be offered to the client, priority of the offer, communication channels, contacts on the client side for each of the products.
  • Development of a project business development strategy.
  • Drawing up a customer development plan (Key Account Planning).
  • Participation in the development of the company's service offerings.
  • Participation in the development of marketing activities.
  • Building and developing relationships with vendors and distributors.
  • Development of competencies of B2B team employees.
