  • Previous experience in selling Hi-Fi products
  • Proven updated knowledge of the local market for premium audio products
  • Knowledge of the consumer product market (Audio & Video)
  • Excellent negotiation skills 
  • English language skills for the daily communication and fluent Hungarian
  • Focus on the achievement of results, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.

  • Managing a group of key partners in Hungary to achieve designated sales targets and collaboration with various business departments and colleagues (KAM, marketing, logistics,finance, etc.).
  • Identifying and attracting new customers, increasing the number of active clients.
  • Representing the entire range of premium Audio & Video solutions of company products to the assigned customers.
  • Developing, executing and regularly monitoring listing plans by customer/sales channel for local market.
  • Developing and implementing promotion plan, cooperating strongly with the marketing team.
  • Leading the customer’s account planning cycle and ensuring that the client’s needs and expectations are met by the business.
  • Achieving the sales target established in accordance with the company's sales policy.
  • Preparing updated market information to the HQ, reporting in CRM system.
