Requirements
  •  Minimum of 5 years of specialised experience in B2B channel partner development, including at least one year in a PAM/KAM role within the Enterprise customer or partner domain.
  •  Demonstrated proficiency in establishing and nurturing collaborative partnerships within the enterprise landscape across large entities (customers, vendors, resellers).
  •  Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, products, services, and solutions.
  •  Knowledgeable about Apple technology, mobility services, and solutions, with additional familiarity considered advantageous.
  •  Proven aptitude for cultivating C-level relationships, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  •  Exemplary leadership skills, displayed through effective supervision, interpersonal finesse, and customer-centric orientation.
  •  University degree

Functions
  •  Develop and implement B2B growth strategy in Kazakhstan with partners, focusing on Apple products by setting sales targets, identifying opportunities for growth, monitoring market trends and ensuring high-quality service delivery to Business End Users.
  •  Strategically select, engage and cultivate channel partners, focusing on development and engagement to drive business goals by having regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
  •  Plan and execute Apple B2B activities with partners, encompassing sales, marketing, and training. 
  •  Create tailored business development plans for individual partners.
  •  Coordinate partners' key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain a regular partnership rhythm for monitoring and necessary adjustments by having regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
  •  Foster growth among Apple B2B partners through nurturing, onboarding, and ongoing support initiatives.
  •  Drive the sales process to meet ambitious targets by collaborating with the partners to build and execute sales demand generation programs.
