Details: The Product Line Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the company's product line revenue and profitability goals. With a keen eye for market dynamics, this role extends beyond traditional sales into the art of category management. The mission is to craft and execute strategic sales plans, foster collaboration across teams, and artfully navigate market insights, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and the flourishing growth of the product portfolio in harmony with company goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated successful track record in sales, including meeting revenue and profitability targets. 
  • Strong comprehension of the product line, market trends, and customer needs. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Conducting comprehensive market research encompassing assortment, pricing, listing, and distribution analysis. 
  • Defining the product range and SKU channelization, including exclusive SKUs tailored for the market. 
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing local currency pricing strategies within predefined margin targets. 
  • Supervising product performance and managing listing plans across customers and sales channels. 
  • Creating and executing distribution and pricing approaches for sales channels, encompassing market price waterfall, bonus, and promotional conditions. 
  • Generating and implementing sales plans by SKU in alignment with predefined market sales objectives. 
  • Participating in negotiations with key customers and supporting Key Account Management initiatives as required. 
  • Formulating ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) range promotion plans, covering advertising, merchandising, POSM placement, retail demonstrators’ teams, and joint promotions. 
  • Conducting analytical work and preparing regular reports on market performance, trends, and strategies. 
  • Undertaking additional tasks linked to business development in the market.
