Practical sales, marketing & business management experience (background in sales of equipment or technological products for the hospitality industry)
Good knowledge of a distribution company's work (Preferably – interaction with integrator chains). Knowledge of market trends and key players, understanding of challenges and opportunities within the Horeca market.
Prominent level of sales skills, and prior sales experience with Horeca equipment or tech products for the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in English at the Advanced level and above

Leads a team of PLSMs (Product Line Sales Managers), focused on the specific cobots type distribution, based on the geographical location.
Monitors team success indicators & KPI performance
Calculates and guarantees the execution of financial results for current and new products
Predicts loss plans for the regions of responsibility and monitors plan execution
Cooperates with the marketing department, knowing current marketing and advertising initiatives for the robotics products
Ensures compliance with the quality of products
Forms systematic reporting in its direction (meeting deadlines, marriage, revenue, execution of plans, etc.)
Sales forecast collection, sales planning, price policy communication and monitoring on the regular basics jointly with the EMEA Commercial Leader
Ensuring the fulfilment of the sales plan in all geographical regions of responsibility
Inventory management supply chain control and production planning together with R&D
