Details: Currently we are looking for a Sales Development Manager experienced in consumer electronics business to coordinate local entities in order to develop our own brand Lorgar.
Requirements
- Master degree
- Successful experience in a similar position from 2 years
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience of Information and Communication Technology products, accessories consumer products either in retail or distribution to consumer RTM;
- Experienced with PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) planning and effective management;
- Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills;
- Working experience on an international landscape;
- Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support;
- Fluency in English
Functions
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential markets, customer segments, and competitors in the gaming accessories industry.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enter and expand into new markets, setting sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Establish relationships with potential distributors, retailers, and strategic partners in target markets, negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand-building activities.
