Details: Currently we are looking for Business Development Manager (SDA) who will be responsible for development of our brand AENO in Czechia and Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field;
  • Marketing oriented, well developed product marketing skills;
  • 3+ years proven experience in key account management and background in Small Domestic Appliance;
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software;
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts;
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
  • English - B2 +
Functions
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for the assigned product line;
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the product line;
  • Product Positioning: Defining the unique selling proposition and value proposition of the product line, and effectively communicating its features, benefits, and competitive advantages to the sales team and customers;
  • Account Strategy: Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives for each key account. This includes identifying growth opportunities, setting sales targets, and creating action plans;
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements with key clients;
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and maximize customer satisfaction within the product line. Understanding customer needs, and serving as their primary point of contact within the organization;
  • Pricing and Profitability: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance and product management, to establish optimal pricing strategies and ensure the profitability of the product line, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships;
  • New Product Launches: Collaborating with product development and marketing teams to plan and execute successful product launches for new offerings within the product line. This includes defining launch strategies, training the sales team, and coordinating marketing initiatives;
  • Channel Management: Developing and managing relationships with distribution channels, resellers, and strategic partners to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities for the product line.
