Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience on similar position 
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience of IT products or consumer accessories, either in retail or distribution to consumer RTM;
  • Experienced with PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) planning and effective management
  • Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills;
  • Working experience on an international landscape;
  • Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support;
  • Master’s degree
  • Fluency in English
Functions
  • Plan, implement and manage the company’s overall sales strategy
  • Develop, maintain, and expand customer relationships
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Coordinate with the marketing department on promotional activities and product positioning
  • Regular reviews of country sales team performance and develop improvement plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and local ASBIS entity
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
  • Report to the HQ on the status of operations and market trends for dedicated counties
