Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience on similar position
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience of IT products or consumer accessories, either in retail or distribution to consumer RTM;
- Experienced with PSI (purchase, sales, inventory) planning and effective management
- Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills;
- Working experience on an international landscape;
- Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support;
- Master’s degree
- Fluency in English
Functions
- Plan, implement and manage the company’s overall sales strategy
- Develop, maintain, and expand customer relationships
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Coordinate with the marketing department on promotional activities and product positioning
- Regular reviews of country sales team performance and develop improvement plans
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and local ASBIS entity
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
- Report to the HQ on the status of operations and market trends for dedicated counties
