Details: Marketing Manager is a team member responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Relevant higher education.
- Relevant work experience of 2+ years.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate.
- Discipline and ability to work within tight deadlines and strict KPIs.
- Ability to work with both data and people.
- Working knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
Preferred proficiencies:
- Graphic design skills (Adobe packages, Corel).
- HTML skills (creating landing pages, emailing).
- Good command of office packages (MS Office, iWork, Google Docs, Evernote).
- Passion for technology, proficient with computers and various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Functions
- Budgeting marketing promotions for the quarter, launching activities according to the plan.
- Analysis of all launched activities and their impact on sales (retail/e-com).
- Preparation and organization of collaborations and co-marketing with partners and brands to increase sales and traffic in stores.
- Work with banks, payment systems: communication, coordination of marketing collaborations, launch, control, post-analysis of effectiveness, screenshots.
- Preparation and organization of events, activities, master classes to attract traffic to stores, assessing their effectiveness.
- Promotion of stores, organizing traffic to iSpace stores.
- Work with shopping mall marketing, placing advertisements on online and instore platforms.
- Work with a designer (writing technical specifications for POSM, banners).
- SMM management.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
