Details: ASBIS is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Central Business Development Manager to lead the Jabra B2B Business in the EU & CIS regions. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships, implementing effective sales, and marketing strategies, and delivering exceptional B2B solutions to partners across ASBIS' countries of presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the personal collaboration, video conferencing or related technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales & marketing strategies 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with partners and end clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in preparing and executing sales strategies and business plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Functions
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the EU & CIS regions, focusing on effective launch of the business, market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase market penetration and brand awareness for Jabra B2B solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide expert presales engineering support, including product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) & Demand Generation (DG) activities.
  • Represent ASBIS at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
