Details: We are looking for a Marketing Manager in both B2B and B2C. We're seeking a candidate with a strategic and analytical mindset, creativity and experience in devising effective marketing campaigns, and the ability to adapt strategies for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets, perform events and set up the effective marketing tools to increase sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree (Marketing and/or economics is a plus)
  • 2+ years of marketing experience on the similar position (B2B marketing experience at IT is a plus)
  • Fluent English
  • Practical experience of organising and conducting marketing activities (with the presence of real-world examples to prove their feasibility and effectiveness), in digital marketing
  • Has initiative, able to generate ideas, multi-tasking person
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions

Functions
  • Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B, B2C clients
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on marketing initiatives, preparing and submitting expense reports for the finance department
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in conferences and events, webinars, and website updates
  • Develop and manage marketing communications strategies and communication activities plans, cooperating with Department Leaders for B2B & B2C and cross-functional teams
  • Build and design brand and product communication campaign including development/localisation of all relevant messaging and content, from concept through completion, work with the designer (online pages, setting tasks, drawing up technical specifications, monitoring implementation)
  • Develop, manage and coordinate the global marketing materials
  • Manage external advertising etc., assuring adherence and effectiveness of marketing and brand strategies
  • Attracting partners and communicating with them. Co-marketing
  • Coordination of communications and direct relations with the public and the media
  • Interaction with advertising agencies, printing houses, print and electronic media, contractors, etc.
