Details: Sales Leader B2B (Apple) is a significant and influential role within the organization and being the main interface to ASBIS Enterprise key customers, responsible for delivering the commitment made to the customers and strong business development within the assigned Region. Requirements
  • Master or bachelor degree.
  • Successful work experience in sales position min 5+ years (BDM, Commercial Director, Sales Leader).
  • Proven communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Excellent customer-orientation and network skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate the team placed in different countries.
  • Focus on the achievement of results, good analytical skills, system working approach.
  • Fluent Russian and English
Functions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for computer technology targeting B2B corporate clients at the regional level (Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan). Motivate and manage the local B2B teams to achieve set goals.
  • Analyze the computer technology market, and identify new opportunities and trends. Develop plans to expand the customer base and increase market share in the B2B segment.
  • Interact with key clients and partners, and build long-term relationships. Provide clients with quality solutions and services.
  • Organize an effective sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Monitor and analyze sales, and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Develop budgets, plan, and control financial indicators within the department. Ensure the execution of business plans and achievement of financial goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, budget performance, and strategic indicators for top management.
  • Establish relationships and communicate with world-class vendors at the regional level
