Requirements
  • Master degree (preferable in Economics or Finance).
  • Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business processes, and systems optimization.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and local financial legislation.
  • Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
  • Proficiency in English (min. intermediate level).
  • Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.
Functions
  • Monthly transformation and closing of accounting statements in accordance with IFRS standards (Income statement, balance sheet, cashflow report).
  • Monthly reconciliation of intragroup turnover and balances.
  • Analysis and explanation of discrepancies between local accounting reporting and IFRS reporting
  • Planning, monitoring, management, improvement of financial performance of the business in Uzbekistan.
  • General analysis of the Company's commercial and economic activities and development of effective methods to optimize turnover and cash flows, increase profitability and other aspects aimed at improving performance indicators.
  • Conducting financial and economic analysis of the company's transactions.
  • Optimization of Net Working Capital (NWC).
  • Control of accounts receivable (Receivables) and compliance with the company's Policy on the return of overdue debts.
  • Control of accounts payable (Payables) and work with suppliers to increase deadlines and optimize NWC.
  • Ensuring the formation of the volume of funds, optimization of monetary turnover.
  • Providing objective and reliable information to the Company's top management, developing proposals to improve efficiency.
  • Participation in the process of auditing financial statements according to IFRS.
  • Budget process management.
