Details: As the Business Development Manager for Gaming Monitors at Lorgar, you will be at the helm of expanding markets and elevating the presence of our gaming monitor line. This pivotal role involves devising sales strategies, amplifying brand visibility, and nurturing partnerships critical to the success of our gaming monitors. You will spearhead procurement planning, cultivate strong vendor relationships, and oversee collaborations with retail and B2B partners.
  • Comprehensive understanding of product lines, features, and technical aspects, facilitating effective communication of product value.
  • Experience in OEM development
  • Experience in the Gaming industry and gaming monitors will be an advantage;
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Hands-on exposure to international markets, desirable experience in the Chinese market's dynamics and practices.
  • Ability to devise and execute strategic business plans aligned with international expansion goals,
  • Cultural Adaptability for Diverse Global Markets.
  • Strong relationship builder in the scope of international business growth.
  • Skills in market research, analysis, and interpretation of trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities in international markets.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
  • Analyze global and local gaming monitor markets, identifying trends, leaders, and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop plans based on market insights and vendor collaborations.

Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Negotiate with gaming monitor vendors for competitive prices, specs, and terms.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships to stay ahead in the industry.

Planning and Roadmapping:
  • Create strategic roadmaps for gaming monitors, aligning market needs with supplier capabilities.
  • Plan product launches and improvements for market success.

Interdepartmental Communication:
  • Facilitate smooth communication between ASBIS offices regarding missions, products, and sales strategies for gaming monitors.
  • Forecasting and Sales Planning:
  • Forecast sales and devise strategies based on market trends, negotiations, and internal goals for gaming monitors.
