Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (JD preferred).
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate operations, including leasing, sales, and negotiation.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding of real estate investments.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
Functions
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in real estate operations.
  • Oversee leasing, sales, and marketing activities to attract and retain high-quality tenants and buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts, deals, and lease agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with property owners, investors, brokers, and tenants to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and optimize occupancy rates and rental income across properties.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
