Requirements

Functions
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in real estate operations.
- Oversee leasing, sales, and marketing activities to attract and retain high-quality tenants and buyers.
- Negotiate contracts, deals, and lease agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with property owners, investors, brokers, and tenants to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
- Monitor and optimize occupancy rates and rental income across properties.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
